12-Week Neurological Support Program

    Neurological Home Support

Movement and independence for neurological conditions — delivered at home. A structured program of physiotherapy and kinesiology support designed to work with your nervous system.

Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, MS, mild traumatic brain injury — neurological conditions require a different approach. We focus on movement strategies and cueing techniques, not just strength.

    Who This Program Is For

Designed for people living with neurological conditions that affect movement, balance, and daily function.

This program may be right for you if:

You have been diagnosed with a neurological condition (Parkinson's, stroke, MS, mild TBI, or similar)
You experience challenges with walking, balance, or coordination
Your symptoms fluctuate from day to day
You've noticed changes like freezing when walking, unsteadiness, or difficulty with transfers
You or your family members are concerned about fall risk
You feel uncertain about how to move safely at home
You need guidance that works with your neurological condition, not against it

    What Makes This Program Different

A neurological-specific approach — not generic exercise therapy.

    Strategy Over Strength

Neurological conditions require a different approach than traditional exercise programs. This program focuses on movement strategies and cueing techniques that work with your nervous system.

    Consistency Over Intensity

We prioritize regular, supervised practice over high-intensity workouts. Neurological conditions respond better to consistent, manageable activity.

    Support During Fluctuations

We understand that symptoms can vary day to day. The program is designed to adapt to how you're feeling while maintaining steady progress.

    Caregivers Are Included

If you have a spouse, family member, or caregiver helping you at home, they'll be included in the education and guidance — reducing stress and building confidence for everyone.

Cure or reversal of neurological conditions
    High-intensity rehabilitation
    Self-directed exercise without supervision
    Medical or specialist neurological care
    Daily nursing or personal care

Instead, this program focuses on helping you move safely and confidently at home within the reality of your condition.

At the end of the program, we'll discuss next steps together based on your progress.

Continuing with regular visits to maintain your progress.

    Less frequent support

Transitioning to less frequent support visits.

    What People Say

From clients and families we've worked with.

Having someone come to the house who understood Parkinson's made such a difference. They didn't just give me exercises — they taught me strategies that actually worked when my feet felt stuck.

The program gave my husband and me confidence again. We knew what to do, when to call for help, and how to manage the fluctuations together.

I was worried about falling every time I stood up. Now I have techniques that work, and someone checking in regularly to make sure I'm staying safe.
